Las Alturas

Las Alturas is positioned on Santa Barbara’s famed Rivera, boasting some of the best views of downtown, the harbor and the iconic Channel Islands. Manifest added a twenty foot, functional glass wall for panoramic light and quintessential Southern California indoor outdoor living. Improvements to the outdoor living space included a built-in gas barbecue and kitchenette, custom cement sunken fire pit complete with built-in lighting and Sonos speakers, and an elevated hot tub with prime views of the city. EcoLawn partnered on the project and provided the landscaping and water free grass surrounding the patio and fire pit spaces.
