Beau Schmidt

President

Beau Lee Schmidt is a third generation builder with over 20 years of experience that include the assembly of a wide multitude of structures and styles. He prides himself on his ability to fuse beauty and function. Beau's experience in construction includes monumental residential, commercial and mixed-use projects throughout Santa Barbara including Alma del Pueblo, Panera Bread, Charles Schwab Bank and many design-build custom homes.

Beau founded Manifest Building in 2012. He is also one of the founders of EcoLawn, Santa Barbara's premier synthetic grass and waterwise landscaping installer.

Chloe Kirk

Partner

Chloe joined Manifest Building in 2015. She is an experienced project manager and oversees the corporate strategy, finances and planning for Manifest Building and it's landscaping division, EcoLawn. Her passion is thoughtfully designed architecture and landscaping, and she enjoys collaborating on the design of both EcoLawn and Manifest projects. Prior to her work at Manifest Building and EcoLawn, Chloe worked in real estate development, specializing in urban planning and mixed use projects.

A Northern California native, Chloe spends her free time traveling and riding her motorcycle. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science from UC Santa Barbara.
