This project was Manifest’s third interior renovation within the coveted Las Canchas Homeowners’ Association at the Santa Barbara Polo & Racquet Club. The ultimate goal was to refresh finishes throughout the condo and create a comfortable space to host professional polo players without breaking the bank. Given the use of the property as a rental, our design team opted for low cost, high quality and high impact finishes, fixtures, and furnishings.

We retained the existing floor plan while improving the functionality and aesthetic of the space, by creating more built-in storage and using a light color pallette to make the space appear larger. Notable design details such as the two-tone stone tile on the shower walls and shiplap wall paneling in the living room provide a high-end, custom look and feel. Interior furnishings were carefully selected to maximize small space living and pay homage to the equestrian lifestyle.
