Manifest collaborated with Ulrick Design on this major renovation for a ranch style home in the Santa Ynez Valley. The project included a reconfiguration of the master suite and updating the guest bathrooms, powder room and kitchen with all new appliances, finishes, and fixtures. Our project management team guided the pre-construction and design process closely, from the selection of plumbing and electrical fixtures to expediting the permit application process. The end result is a far more practical and usable space.
