Camino Manadero

Located in the desirable rolling hills of Goleta, Camino Manadero is a contemporary estate built and designed by Schmidt Construction. Schmidt Construction hired Manifest to design and build an outdoor haven that complements the structure. We fitted the terraced yard with sandstone boulders, black beach pebbles, edible gardens and native plants. Curvy and flowing lines were incorporated with to soften and bring playful and inviting vibes to this vibrant villa.
