Green Business Contractor of Santa Barbara

We are excited to share our recent Certification by Green Business Santa Barbara County. As the next generation of builders and leaders, we feel it is our responsibility to set a high standard of environmental accountability, from the product we produce to the way we run our business. We believe that our success is defined not only by financial performance, but how we make a positive contribution to society. We want to ensure that our actions are benefitting all stakeholders, including employees, customers, and our community.

Manifest Building, and our landscape division EcoLawn, are certified with Green Business Santa Barbara County. We focus on meeting impactful environmental measures for our office and operations that incorporate waste reduction, resource conservation, and pollution prevention.

Here are a few ways our office is practicing sustainability:

• • Retrofitted sinks, toilet and shower with low-flow fixtures
• • Use recycled paper products that are at least 30% post-consumer waste recycled content
• • Provide water coolers instead of single-use bottles of water

Green Business Santa Barbara is a collective of businesses that have committed to these standards and are paving the way in Santa Barbara County. Green Business Santa Barbara County also provides workshops and evaluations to help our business and other like-minded companies become more environmentally conscious. It is our hope that we inspire other businesses to join us.
